An allegorical design of Napoleon in state robes, seated on a throne mounted on top of a globe of the world. The original drawing in ‘crayon noir’ was done by Innocent Louis Goubaud in 1811 and is titled ‘Dessin allegorique à la gloire de S. M.
l’Empereur’ and is now held in the collection of the Fondation Napoléon in Paris.
